These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Voice Timer (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Voice Timer is a customizable, voice-guided interval and sequence timer for workouts, meditation, and similar routines. The core timer — building and running presets, voice announcements, and offline use — is free and does not require an account. An optional paid cloud sync feature backs up and syncs your presets across devices.

Some features, including cloud sync, require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping it up to date.

Cloud sync is powered by credits. Credits are sold as a one-time purchase of $2.99 USD for 100 credits. Using cloud sync spends 50 credits to cover a 30-day period; within that paid period you can turn cloud sync off and on freely, and the next 50-credit charge only occurs when you use cloud sync after the period has lapsed. Credits do not expire. This is a one-time purchase model — there is no subscription and no automatic renewal. If you run out of credits, cloud sync pauses and the app continues to work as a free, local-only timer; your data is preserved, not deleted. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you also agree to Stripe's terms.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, access it through unauthorized means, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Voice Timer is a timing tool and is not medical or professional advice; consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voice Timer and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved on an individual basis.
